Chernobyl Child Project International Int., (CCPI), is a Not- For- Profit 501(c)3 organization. We provide long term, sustainable, medical humanitarian and community development aid to the people of Belarus. Our focus is the 3-4 million children the United Nations recognizes as suffering from the Chernobyl disaster of 1986. Our work with the children of Belarus and Ukraine was featured in HBO's Academy-Award winning film, Chernobyl Heart.

The directors, staff and volunteers of Chernobyl Child Project International express our deepest sympathy and condolences to the people of India, Indonesia, Sri-Lanka and Thailand in the aftermath of the devastation caused by the Tsunami of December 2004.

William Novick, MD joins CCPI board of directors... Dr. Novick, whose life saving pediatric cardiac surgeries were movingly depicted in the film Chernobyl Heart has joined our board of directors. CCPI and Dr. Novick have been working together since 2002 to save children's lives in Belarus.

Cardiac program saves more lives...Last month 20 more young lives were saved. See the faces of some of our patients in Images.

Physical, Occupational, Language Therapists needed...We are looking for volunteers with experience working with mentally and physically disabled children.
